LEVO Oil Infusion, Inc. extends a three-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for LEVO® branded products to the original purchaser when purchased through an authorized retailer serviced by an authorized LEVO distributor

  1. Submit a detailed claim through the appropriate link below:
    1. Submit your claim here if you purchased directly from LEVO on levooil.com or levooil.ca
    2. Submit your claim here if you purchased from an authorized retailer
  2. A Customer Experience team member will contact you to confirm receipt of your claim and provide additional information to initiate the warranty process

  3. If you are to receive a repair or a replacement, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you to return the LEVO product that is under warranty. Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx location or a pick-up can be scheduled

  4. Once your return is received, a technician will inspect it to confirm the reason for the claim and either make the repair or send a replacement

  5. The item, either repaired to its original working condition or a replacement, will be shipped back to you
