Return & Refund Requests


Our Return Policy on all LĒVO machines includes a 30-DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL!

Not happy with your LĒVO purchase? We will gladly accept returns from purchases made on within 30 days of receiving your order. The full purchase price will be refunded to the original purchaser in the original form of payment.

Our Return Process

  1. Use the LEVO Returns Manager to submit your return request if you made your purchase on or
  2. We’ll record your request and send you a return shipping label if you are within the United States or Canada
  3. Pack up your return item using the original box and all original packing materials. Include all items that came with your order: user manuals, parts, etc.
  4. After your returned item is received and processed at our return facility, the refund will be applied to the original purchaser in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

To return your LĒVO purchase made through a non-authorized, third party retailer:

  1. Non-authorized purchases made through third parties are not covered by our return policy. Purchases from non-authorized retailers must refer to that retailer’s return policy. Please submit a warranty claim in the case of a warranty request
