Logging into Your LĒVO Account

Customers can create a user account with LĒVO to look up recent orders, past orders and check-out faster with saved information!

Once logged in click the icon at the top right of the website, to see your Order History. You can also view your Order History here

I Already Have An Account

Enter in your email address and password then click the Sign In button

Forgot your password? Click the 'Forgot your password?' link & enter your email address

If you receive an error that says 'No account found with that email.' then you do not have an account under that email address, you may have either signed up for an account with a different email address or used guest checkout previously and did not create an account

I Forgot My Password / Cannot Login

Click the 'Forgot your password?' link & enter your email address

If you receive an error that says 'No account found with that email.' then you do not have an account under that email address, you may have either signed up for an account with a different email address or used guest checkout previously and did not create an account

Not receiving your password reset email? Check your spam/trash folders!

I Do Not Have An Account

Enter in your name, email address and password then click the 'Create' button

If you receive an error that says 'This email address is already associated with an account.', you do have an account using that email address. You may follow the steps above to reset your password
