Connecting Your LĒVO to the LĒVO App

LEVO I machines are not Wi-Fi compatible and cannot be used with the LĒVO App
Note: You only need to do this process once. After you've connected to your mobile device, your LĒVO II will remain configured with your home Wi-Fi and you can control it remotely and get infusion status updates on that device. If you want to configure it to a different mobile device, you must disconnect, reset the Wi-Fi on the LĒVO II unit, and start the process from the beginning.


STEP 1: Device Set-Up

  1. Turn on your LĒVO II unit. Check that the Wi-Fi symbol is NOT visible on the top right corner of the display.
    1. If the Wi-Fi symbol is visible, you must reset the Wi-Fi on the unit
      1. Press the CYCLE and START buttons at the same time on your LĒVO unit until the Wi-Fi symbol disappears.

      2. Turn off the Wi-Fi on your mobile device so it's not connected to your home network any longer.
      3. Turn the unit off and then back on
      4. When you turn the LĒVO back on, the Wi-Fi symbol should not be visible
      5. Turn your Wi-Fi back on your mobile device. The "LEVO_xxxxxx" network should now be visible on your list of available networks
  2. Make sure your mobile device is connected to a Wi-Fi network before attempting to connect with your LĒVO unit. It will not work using just mobile data. Your device must be connected to a non-5G Wi-Fi network
  3. Open the LĒVO App on your phone.
    1. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the LĒVO App. Update the app or re-download it if necessary on the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store
    2. Please be sure you allow permission for Location Services to be used while the app is in use. To check or change it,  please go to System Settings > LEVO > Location > Enabled While in Use

STEP 2: Get Connected

  1. Once the LĒVO App is opened, click CONNECT MY LEVO or navigate to the Connect screen by clicking the oil icon on the lower-left corner

  2. Once on the Connect to my LEVOscreen
    1. Exit the app, and go to your phone’s Wi-Fi settings
    2. Select the LĒVO network named “LEVO_xxxxxx”. Wait until you are fully connected with the checkmark indicator and it will say “No Internet Connection” on iOS
    3. Go back into the app and click CONNECT
  3. Once on the Connect LEVO to your Wi-Fi screen
    1. Find your Wi-Fi network in the list of available networks
    2. Enter the password to your Wi-Fi network
    3. Click CONNECT MY LEVO

  4. The app will now attempt to configure your LĒVO II unit to your Wi-Fi network
    1. Wait while it completes steps 1 and 2. It can take up to 1-2 minutes
    2. When the configuration is successful, on the next screen you will see “Great! We’re now connected.”
  5.  Click LET’S INFUSE to get started!


If the configuration was NOT successful, on the next screen you will see “We’re sorry. Something went wrong”


  1. Check if the Wi-Fi symbol is visible on the LĒVO II unit. If the Wi-Fi symbol is visible, you may have connected successfully and the app just needs to be refreshed
    1. Restart the LĒVO app on your mobile device (close then re-open it)
    2. If you now go to the Connect screen on the LĒVO app, it should say you are connected in the top right corner

  2. If you do NOT see the Wi-Fi symbol visible on the LĒVO II unit after attempting to connect, click RESTART SETUP on the app and try connecting again
  3. Make sure that your mobile device successfully connects to the LĒVO network on step #2. Wait for the connection to complete on your device’s Wi-Fi settings screen BEFORE you click CONNECT on the app
  4. Ensure that the password to your Wi-Fi network is entered correctly into the app on step #3. If entered incorrectly, it won’t get past step 1 on the next screen
  5. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the LĒVO app
