LĒVO App is Stuck on Warming Up
Problem
While remote controlling my LĒVO II from the app, I made an adjustment to the cycle (such as pausing the cycle, changing the temperature, or adjusting the timer) and now the app screen is stuck showing "Warming Up" and the timer will not countdown.
My LĒVO II unit is reflecting the changes correctly and is not frozen.
Solution
Refreshing the app on your mobile device should correct the app status to reflect accurately.
Close the app, and when you re-open it and go back to the CONNECT screen, it will now show the current cycle status to match the unit.
