LEVO Oil Infusion, Inc. extends a three-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for LEVO® branded products to the original purchaser when purchased through an authorized retailer serviced by an authorized LEVO distributor.

- A Customer Support representative will contact you to confirm receipt of your claim and provide additional information to initiate the warranty process.
- If you are to receive a repair or a replacement, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you to return the LEVO product that is under warranty. Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx location or a pick-up can be scheduled.
- Once your return is received, a technician will inspect it to confirm the reason for the claim and either make the repair or send a replacement.
- The item, either repaired to its original working condition or a replacement, will be shipped back to you.
