If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is submitted within the 1 year warranty period, LEVO Oil Infusion, Inc. will, at its discretion, either repair the defect or exchange the product with a replacement.

- A Customer Support representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your claim and provide additional information to initiate the warranty process.
- If you are to receive a repair or a replacement, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you to return the LEVO product that is under warranty. Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx location or a pick-up can be scheduled.
- Once your return is received, a technician will inspect it to confirm the reason for the claim and either make the repair or send a replacement.
- The item, either repaired to its original working condition or a replacement, will be shipped back to you no later than 5 business days after receipt.
