First, download the LEVO App if you don’t have it yet. You will need the App to connect your LEVO to WiFi and to control your LEVO remotely.
If you’re experiencing trouble connecting your LEVO II to WiFi via the App, your LEVO may need to be reset. First, look at your LEVO II's screen and notice whether there is a solid WiFi icon, a blinking WiFi icon, or no WiFi icon.
In order to connect your phone, the WiFi icon should be invisible. If the WiFi icon is blinking, press and hold the CYCLE + POWER buttons at the same time until the icon disappears. This resets LEVO and readies it for connection. Your LEVO is now ready to be paired with your phone.
If the WiFi icon on your LEVO’s screen is invisible and you still can’t connect, check your home WiFi to be sure it's on and working. If needed, reset your WiFi router before trying to connect once more.
