We are aware of an issue that's happening right now on some machines with the remote control feature that we're working on. If this is an issue that you are experiencing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and answer the following questions so we can address the issue:
- Which step when connecting are you getting stuck on?
- If you successfully connected your phone's wifi to the LEVO's network, when you went back into the app did it give you an error message "You are not connected to your LEVO's Network"?
- Are you using an iPhone or Android phone?
- What's the Serial Number of your LEVO II unit? Either the number (which should start with G2) or a picture works.
