Note: You only need to do this process once. After you've connected to your mobile device, your LEVO II will remain configured with your home WiFi and you can control it remotely and get infusion status updates on that device. If you want to configure it to a different mobile device, you must disconnect, reset the WiFi on the LEVO II unit, and start the process from the beginning.

STEP 1: Device Set-Up
- Turn on your LEVO II unit. Check that the wifi symbol is NOT visible on the top right corner of the display.
- If the wifi symbol is visible, you must reset the wifi on the unit;
- Press the CYCLE and START buttons at the same time on your LEVO unit until the wifi symbol disappears.
- Turn off the wifi on your mobile device so it's not connected to your home network any longer.
- Turn the unit off, and then back on.
- When you turn the LEVO back on, the wifi symbol should not be visible.
- Turn your wifi back on your mobile device. The "LEVO_xxxxxx" network should now be visible on your list of available networks.
- Press the CYCLE and START buttons at the same time on your LEVO unit until the wifi symbol disappears.
- If the wifi symbol is visible, you must reset the wifi on the unit;
- Make sure your mobile device is connected to a wifi network before attempting to connect with your LEVO unit.

- Open the LEVO App on your phone.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the LEVO App. Update the app or re-download it if necessary on the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.
- Please be sure you allow permission for Location Services to be used while the app is in use. To check or change it, please go to System Settings > LEVO > Location > Enabled While in Use.
STEP 2: Get Connected
- Once the LEVO App is opened, click “CONNECT MY LEVO”, or navigate to the Connect screen by clicking the oil icon on the lower-left corner.
- Once on the “Connect to My LEVO” screen;
- Exit the app, and go to your phone’s wifi settings.
- Select the LEVO’s network named “LEVO_xxxxxx”. Wait until you are fully connected with the checkmark indicator and it will say “No Internet Connection” on iOS.
- Go back into the app and click CONNECT.
- Once on the “Connect LEVO to your Wi-Fi” screen;
- Find your wifi network in the list of available networks.
- Enter the password to your wifi network.
- Click CONNECT MY LEVO.
- The app will now attempt to configure your LEVO II unit to your wifi network.
- Wait while it completes steps 1 and 2. It can take up to 1-2 minutes.
- When the configuration is successful, on the next screen you will see “Great! We’re now connected.”
- Click “LET’S INFUSE” to get started!
HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING?
If the configuration was NOT successful, on the next screen you will see “We’re sorry. Something went wrong”
- Check if the wifi symbol is visible on the LEVO II unit. If the wifi symbol is visible, you may have connected successfully and the app just needs to be refreshed.
- Restart the LEVO app on your mobile device (close then re-open it).
- If you now go to the Connect screen on the LEVO app, it should say you are connected in the top right corner.
- Restart the LEVO app on your mobile device (close then re-open it).
- If you do NOT see the wifi symbol visible on the LEVO II unit after attempting to connect, click RESTART SETUP on the app and try connecting again.
- Make sure that your mobile device successfully connects to the LEVO’s network on step #2. Wait for the connection to complete on your device’s wifi settings screen BEFORE you click CONNECT on the app.
- Ensure that the password to your wifi network is entered correctly into the app on step #3. If entered incorrectly, it won’t get past step 1 on the next screen.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the LEVO app.
