Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Current orders are experiencing extended delays due to increased international e-commerce volume and COVID-19 closures. Our customer experience and shipping teams are closely working together to process orders as quickly and safely as possible. All orders will receive shipping confirmation and delay alerts via email. RATES

Orders that include a LĒVO machine ship for free via economy shipping. Shipping rates are estimated on the checkout page for orders that do not include a LĒVO machine. 

Orders in the USA can be shipped “Signature Required” via FedEx by selecting that option at checkout for an additional fee. “Signature Required” can not be used on orders that ship to a PO box. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be available to accept and sign for the package if this option is selected. 

LĒVO does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing items that occur during shipment if the order is marked as delivered.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2 business days. We do not process orders on holidays and Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin to process the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processing time will be longer. 

***IMPORTANT UPDATE*** April 2021;

Due to the lasting rippling affects the COVID-19 pandemic has had on international supply chains, material availability, and freight forwarding, we are experiencing extended processing and shipping delays for all orders that include a LĒVO machine. 

Every LĒVO machine is responsibly manufactured overseas at one location in small batches, and shipped here on an ocean shipping container due to the size and weight as opposed to an airplane.

Please allow up to 7-10 weeks for orders that include a LĒVO machine to ship after an order is placed. Further delays are possible due to the current environment, and our small team is doing everything we can do to speed up the process as much as possible. 

LĒVO is excited and grateful to be growing quickly with so much support from you, and look forward to continuing to serve our infusiasts for time to come.

SHIPPING CARRIER

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we ship orders using Federal Express (FedEx) and USPS (United States Postal Service) within the USA, and Canada Post for domestic orders within Canada.

The “in-transit” times for orders are usually between 2-10 business days. Please note that service interruptions can affect the in-transit timeframe and LĒVO is not responsible for any delays.

DELIVERY GUARANTEES

LĒVO does not guarantee shipping or arrival times for any order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of North America at this time. 

All taxes, duties and fees for orders shipped internationally are the sole responsibility of the customer.
