Orders that include a LĒVO machine ship for free via economy shipping. Shipping rates are estimated on the checkout page for orders that do not include a LĒVO machine.
Orders can be shipped “Signature Required” by selecting that option at checkout for an additional fee. “Signature Required” can not be used on orders that ship to a PO box. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be available to accept and sign for the package if this option is selected.
LĒVO does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing items that occur during shipment if the order is marked as delivered.
Orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2 business days. We do not process orders on holidays and Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin to process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processing time will be longer.

Due to the lasting rippling affects the COVID-19 pandemic has had on international supply chains, material availability, and freight forwarding, we are experiencing extended processing and shipping delays for all orders.
Every LĒVO machine is responsibly manufactured overseas at one location in small batches, and shipped here on an ocean shipping container due to the size and weight as opposed to an airplane.
Please allow 1-5 weeks for orders, including those with a LĒVO machine, to ship after an order is placed. Additional details on shipping timelines for a specific order may be found on your order confirmation email. Further delays are possible due to the current environment, and our small team is doing everything we can do to speed up the process as much as possible.

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we ship orders using Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), and USPS (United States Postal Service). The carrier is selected based on the most economical option and cannot be changed upon request. Only USPS will deliver to P.O. boxes.
The “in-transit” times for orders are usually between 3-10 business days. Please note that service interruptions can affect the in-transit timeframe and LĒVO is not responsible for any delays.
Orders that include multiple items may ship in multiple boxes and have more than one tracking number associated with the shipment.
All items within the same order will ship with the same carrier, even if across multiple boxes (ie. all boxes will ship via FedEx, or all boxes will ship via USPS).
If all items included in your order are not received together at one time, please check for additional tracking numbers or contact LEVO support for assistance.
LĒVO does not guarantee shipping or arrival times for any order.
We do not ship outside of North America at this time.
