Cleaning your LĒVO Lux is super easy! All of the removable parts are dishwasher safe for your convenience — this means you spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying your infusions! 

Let's dive into how to clean your LĒVO Lux.  

❗ We recommend cleaning your LĒVO components before using it for the very first time, and after every use of your LĒVO from then on. A clean LĒVO is a happy LĒVO! 💚 

Cleaning & Storage

1. After fully dispensing your infusion so no liquid remains inside the reservoir, allow your machine to cool completely. 
2. Hold down the RELEASE button near the top lip of the reservoir and lift the reservoir out by placing your finger under the lip and pulling straight up. Ensure you are not mid-cycle.
    
3. Empty out any remaining herbs inside the Herb Pod.
4. Separate the removable part components (⚠ Do NOT wash power cord) from the machine, which include;
   - Silicone stirrer
   - Reservoir and attached silicone nozzle
   - Herb Pod
   - Herb Pod cap
   - Pod protector
   ✳ Note: If needed, silicone lid seal is also removable and dishwasher safe. 
5. Place the reservoir and attached silicone nozzle on the top rack of your dishwasher or set aside to hand wash with warm water & soap. 
   ✳ Note: For the most thorough clean, you can unscrew the nozzle and place it into the utensils basket in your dishwasher.
6. Place the silicone stirrer and Herb Pod into the utensils basket in your dishwasher, or set aside to hand wash with warm water and soap.
7. After each use, wipe away any spillage from the oil tray beneath the dispenser or residue on the bottom of the top lid with diluted vinegar. 
8. For a complete clean, use a cotton swab after every few infusions to remove residue from inside the dispensing hole, where the oil is released.
   
   

Helpful Tips

Is your LĒVO Lux going into storage for an extended period? 
Be sure that the reservoir is freshly clean and dry, and the silicone lid is secured on top with the cap. If dust collects on the surface, wipe away with diluted vinegar.

Does your Lux have smudges on it? 
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of your Lux and dry with a clean, soft rag. To polish metal finish, use a microfiber cloth.
