My Order Is Incorrect

Please reach out to LĒVO Support directly here so that we can assist you with receiving the correct item. Please include your order number as well as all information regarding the issue so that we may assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible

My Products Arrived Damaged

If your product was damaged upon arrival, we're so sorry! We'll do everything we can to help.

Please provide documentation of the damage prior to sending it back to us. We'll be able to replace your product and send you a return label for your damaged product. We will ensure the correct claim is made and you receive a product that is free of problems.

How To Cancel or Modify Orders

Please contact LĒVO Support here as soon as possible with your order number and we will assist with your order request.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel/modify the order before it ships out.

If your order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery from the carrier and return the item back to us automatically, otherwise, we will assist you with making the appropriate return(s) and exchanges.
