Try these troubleshooting steps if your LĒVO seems to be stuck warming up:
- Check that the basin is aligned and sitting on heat plate.
- Please note that if you lift your basin away from the machine, it will stop the cycle. To resume to cycle once placing back down, press START.
If you are still experiencing trouble, please proceed with the below recalibration steps:
1. Power on the LĒVO C machine
2. Press and hold the ACTIVATE + INFUSE + START buttons at the same time for more than 5 seconds, then release the buttons. The machine will enter calibration mode.
3. Press and release the TIME + and TIME - buttons simultaneously in the calibration mode for 1 second, and the machine will restart automatically, exiting calibration mode.
Re-Configuration:
a) The screen will display the "LĒVO" icon for 1 second and then disappears.
b) Remove the basin from the machine, make sure that the basin is not placed on the machine, and then press the TIME + and TIME - buttons at the same time to confirm. At this time, the screen will display a voltage value.
c) Place the basin on the heat plate, then press the TIME+ and TIME- buttons at the same time to confirm. At this time, the screen will increase the display by several values.
d) Finally, press the TIME+ and TIME- buttons simultaneously for final confirmation.
