LĒVO C Basin Lid Doesn't Fit with the Jumbo PodUpdated 6 months ago

If you're having trouble fitting your LĒVO C Basin Lid on with your Jumbo Herb Pod, don't fret! Follow these troubleshooting instructions to fit everything together and begin activating or infusing: 

1. Ensure your lid is orientated so that the cutouts on the bottom align with where you have positioned the Jumbo Herb Pod on the Basin.  

2. Once the Jumbo Herb Pod and lid are aligned, the lid should fit securely.
