If the drain tube (nozzle) has become detached from the reservoir’s spout for any reason, it is possible for it to get “stuck” in the drain valve when you attempt to remove the reservoir

If this happens, press and hold down the RELEASE button on the keypad to open the drain valve while holding onto the drain tube (nozzle) and pull the drain tube UP and OUT of the machine with your fingers or tweezers/tongs.
