If you're having trouble with and your LĒVO C Basin was overfilled and liquid has seeped underneath, don't fret! LEVO C's heating mechanism and electronics are protected. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Immediately power off and unplug the device.
2. Once cooled, remove the basin.
3. Use water-diluted vinegar to wipe away liquid from the inside the device and run the basin (plus stirrer) through a normal cleaning cycle in your dishwasher before putting back in place.
