Find that your infusion is stuck in the machine? Try these tips!

• Try heating the infusion back up by starting an INFUSE cycle at 125ºF until it melts/unclogs
• Are you using a very thick liquid, like honey or shea butter? Allow the infusion to cool before you completely drain it from the reservoir then remove the drain tube and unplug it with a thin straw or pipe cleaner
• Are you unable to open the machine to remove the infusion? Make sure the LEVO is turned on before using the RELEASE and DISPENSE buttons
