If you smell burnt butter or oil when using your LĒVO C, don't fret! It's likely that you spilled some liquid on your heat plate, which will require some additional cleaning. Follow these instructions to help care for your herbal infusion machine.

1. Remove your Basin from the heat plate. 

2. Once cooled, wipe the heat plate with water-diluted vinegar and allow to dry completely before placing the Basin back on.
