LĒVO Lux: Getting Started & Setting UpUpdated 2 years ago

Welcome to LĒVO! Now that you bought the machine that makes home infusion simpler, let's set it up!

✳ A small reminder that set-up information can be found in your LĒVO Lux User Manual provided with your machine purchase. (Don't have one? No problem, you can find a downloadable version here). 

We recommend going over Important Safeguards on pages #3-6.

❗ Note: Be certain to inspect your device and all its parts before operating your Lux. 


Getting Started with LĒVO Lux

1. Remove all outer and inner packaging from the LĒVO.
   
   
2. Set the LĒVO on a flat & sturdy surface and plug the power cord into an 110V electric outlet.
   
   
3. Power the unit ON ➖  by pressing the switch (in the back of your Lux, right above power cord) to the ON ➖  position.
   ✳ Note: Your LĒVO Lux will go into Power Saving mode after 10 minutes. Tap front panel to proceed, or flip switch OFF ⚪ to turn full power off. 
   
   
4. To open the lid, press the lock button located on right side, below the lid to release the latch. 
   ✳ Note: The lid is not an automated lift; you will then manually lift the lid.
   
   
5. Press the RELEASE button to remove the reservoir, along with all removable parts inside.
   ✳ Note: Pressing once will provide 10 seconds to remove and/or insert the reservoir. (You can also press and hold RELEASE to keep open for as long as needed to safely lift out.)
   
   
6. Rinse all removable parts with warm, soapy water and dry before placing back into your LĒVO (please refer to How to Clean your LĒVO Lux for these instructions).
   
   
7. Before re-inserting reservoir, make sure the silicone nozzle is securely re-attached to the reservoir spout. Hold down the RELEASE button while lowering the reservoir back into place, directing the nozzle through the dispense opening. Let go of the RELEASE button once the reservoir is securely in place.
   
   
8. Place the silicone stirrer on the center mark inside the reservoir.
   
   
9. Place the Herb Pod inside the reservoir (beside PLACE POD HERE guideline). Make sure you have placed your Pod Protector inside, flat against the bottom of your pod and cover on top if you will be using the DRY or ACTIVATE cycles.
   
   
10. Select either DRY, ACTIVATE, or INFUSE cycle.
    
    
11. Set your Temperature reading to display in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. 
    ✳ Note: To toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit, hold down the temperature + and – buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds.
